Medical Equipment We Move
Exam room and clinical furniture
Exam tables, procedure chairs, stools, cabinets, privacy screens and waiting-room furniture, with padding and shrink-wrap to protect upholstery and finishes.
Dental and orthodontic equipment
Operatory chairs, delivery units, lights, cabinetry and compressors. We coordinate with your dental equipment technician for disconnect and reinstall.
Diagnostic and lab equipment
Ultrasound carts, EKG units, centrifuges, microscopes, analyzers, lab benches and refrigeration, moved upright, secured and padded.
Sterilization and small equipment
Autoclaves, instrument trays, carts, monitors and storage cabinets, packed in crates or cartons labeled by room.
Hospital beds and mobility equipment
Beds, lifts, wheelchairs, walkers and rehab equipment for clinics, physical therapy practices and home-care suppliers.
Large imaging systems
MRI, CT and X-ray systems are normally uninstalled and reinstalled by the manufacturer’s engineers. We handle the transport and rigging logistics with them and do not disconnect or recalibrate the machine ourselves.
Records, files and office equipment
File cabinets, boxed records, printers, computers and phone systems, packed and inventoried so nothing is misplaced. We move sealed, labeled containers and do not open them.
How We Handle a Medical Equipment Move
Step 1: Walkthrough and inventory
We visit (or review photos) to list every piece of equipment, door widths, elevators and loading access at both locations.
Step 2: Vendor coordination
You tell us which equipment needs a manufacturer or technician for disconnect, calibration or installation, and we schedule the move around those visits.
Step 3: Protection and packing
Our packing services use padding, crates and wrap suited to each item. We protect floors, walls and doorframes at both ends.
Step 4: Room-by-room labeling
Each item is tagged with its destination room, so the new floor plan can be set up in order.
Step 5: Move and placement
We load, transport and place equipment where you marked on the floor plan.
Step 6: Storage if needed
If your new space is not ready, we can hold equipment in climate-controlled storage and deliver it when you are.
Medical Office and Clinic Relocations
Many practices need to move on a short timeline and with as little downtime as possible. We can plan moves in phases, for example moving one wing at a time or moving over a weekend, and we will discuss evening and weekend availability when you request a quote.

Medical Equipment Moving Cost
Every medical move is different, so we quote each one individually after seeing the equipment list. These factors set the price:
- Number and size of equipment pieces, and anything needing special rigging.
- Distance between the old and new location.
- Stairs, elevators, loading dock access and long carries.
- Packing materials and whether we do the packing.
- Storage, if the new space is not ready.
- Scheduling outside normal hours.

Medical Equipment Moving FAQs
Can you move medical equipment that has to be recalibrated?
We move it and protect it in transit. Recalibration and reinstallation of regulated equipment should be done by the manufacturer or an authorized technician, and we schedule around their visit.
Do you move patient records?
We can move file cabinets and boxed records in sealed, labeled and inventoried containers. We do not open or read them. If you have compliance requirements for records, tell us up front so we can plan the handling.
Can you move us over a weekend or after hours?
Ask for it in your quote request, and we will tell you what we can do for your date.
Do you move equipment between states?
Yes. We serve Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut, and can coordinate farther moves through our long distance moving service.
Can you store equipment while our new office is built out?
Yes. We offer short- and long-term storage and can deliver when your space is ready.
