Out-of-State Moves: Cash, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Business Check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App.
In-State Moves: All of the above, plus credit/debit cards (subject to a 5% processing fee).

We do not accept personal checks.

A security hold is required before unloading your shipment. The amount depends on your estimate type:
Hourly Rate – the hourly rate is used to calculate an overestimated amount to hold until the exact amount can be determined once service is completed and the clock has been stopped. You will then be reimbursed any overage that was held.
Fixed Rate – The full quoted amount is collected before unloading.

No! We provide full disassembly and reassembly for standard furniture. For specialty items, we’re happy to help as long as you provide the product manual or the make and model so we can find instructions online.

Yes! Keeping drawers full adds unnecessary weight and increases the risk of damage. If needed, our team can unpack them for you.

All deposits are nonrefundable. However, you will never lose your deposit, it does not expire, it is kept on file indefinitely and you are able to reschedule your move without penalty as many times as needed with at least 72 hours’ notice (subject to availability). If you no longer need moving service, your deposit is fully transferable to use for any of our other services we provide as well as you are able to gift it to a friend or family member!

Tipping is entirely optional, but always appreciated! Most customers tip 5-10% of the total moving cost for excellent service.
